Even a sesame seed bun has more fiber than a plain one. Put some blueberries on your cereal. Have a baked sweet potato. Add some shredded zucchini to your pancake batter. Every little bit helps you to reach the 25-30 grams of fiber recommended for adults each day. In addition to the health benefits of getting enough fiber, just think, with all that time you won't be spending in the "throne" room, waiting for-well you know-you could maybe take up a new hobby!

Diet soda contains artificial sweeteners known to cause cancer and a host of other illnesses.
If you want soda, drink regular soda. But limit your consumption as soda pop contains high amounts of sugar.

Other oils are rancid and toxic to your body. Get rid of vegetable oils, canola oils, sunflower oils, and palm oil. Also, avoid packaged foods that contain these oils.
Tip: Coconut Oil will not smoke or turn rancid at high temperatures. And, tastes GREAT!
Eat healthy
What you eat has a direct bearing on your body and mind. The food served on your platter is indicative of your lifestyle. The healthier the food, the healthier will be your lifestyle. Healthy and delicious food can rejuvenate and rejoice you. Healthy and nutritious food is a prerequisite of healthy lifestyle.
If you really want to good health then say no to white. There is no nutritional value in white bread, white floor, white bread, and white rice. Try to replace these items with brown rice, evaporated can juice etc.
