The rule says: “People can live a several weeks without food, but only a few days without water”. Correctly is to drink about 1.9 litres/0.5 gal water every day but, ninety percent of us don’t drink enough. There is plenty of water in vegetables and fruit, so, if you don’t like to drink water eat fruit and veggies!
